How use Chipmunk in Dev-C++?

Please help me running project with Chipmunk. I use Dev-c++ 4.9.9.2. May be you load to topic all neaded files, what not include in ChipmunkLatest.tgz.

I have error in linked may be becose I don`t have libraries for dev-c++
