My shapes weren't bouncing off of static shapes, so I looked through the forum and discovered that I probably needed to have space->elasticIterations set, since it might be defaulting to zero. I experimented, but no matter what values I give elaticIterations, my non-static shapes go careening off the screen as soon as they so much as gingerly graze a static shape.
Ideas? My mass, friction, elasticity values have all been given reasonable values, I think. Could it have something to do with collision_type?
Thanks!

Re: No Middle Ground
Never mind! I was wrong when I suggested that my elasticity values were reasonable. My moving shape's elasticity was set to the entirely unreasonable value of 100. Changing it to 1 solved my problem!
