[SOLVED] Physics don't run when deployed to any platform

I have tried building the project for Web and Windows both. Development builds and not. Yet, in both cases the game is running (I can use the UI), but the physics simulation is not running at all. Any ideas?

Native plugins are not supported in the web player and is a Unity Pro only feature for desktop builds. If this is a problem, we can arrange for a refund if you email us at admin (at) howlingmoonsoftware (dot) com.

Actually, I have Unity Pro 4. I can normally deploy to WIndows just fine.

I'm not sure what changed. But, suddenly the physics are running with just a few issues that I've noted in a new thread.
