This is only tangentially related to Chipmunk, but I thought Chipmunk users would be interested.

OLPC is hosting a Physics Game Jam in Boston on August 29 - 31, and remote entries are allowed. This is a team based rapid game development competition that involves spending 48 hours creating a physics games that runs on OLPC XO laptops. The main physics library in use will be PyBox2D, but Pymunk is also easy to use on the XO.

There is more information about the event on the OLPC wiki: http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Physics_Jam

Registration is free, but donations are encouraged: http://olpcphysics.eventbrite.com/
