Collision filtering

Scott, I just wanted to say that you are one clever dude. If I had been writing Chipmunk, I would have sweated over whether to do collision filtering by layers or by groups. The fact that you just implemented them all happened to save me tons of sweat for an interesting gameplay issue. Stay awesome!

Now if only I was clever enough to get those swept collisions working. :(
