Release candidate

Barring any major issues, I think that will become the next official and long overdue release of Chipmunk in a couple of days.
Can those on Windows verify that the MSVC project still compiles correctly?

Hello,

Just downloaded and compiled. Worked great. Escape didn't quit the program though but maybe you didn't want that. Nice work!

By the way, will you update the moon buggy tutorial to match with this release? I tried to compile it but many things in the docs and tutorial are ancient so its not very helpful at the moment. I know you know that already but it would be nice if at least the tutorial compiles so we can look at it even if the docs aren't up to date...

Btw 2: What is demo8 and is it complete? because you realise you haven't made it accessible?

Well no complaints yet. I guess I'll put this up as the next release version then.

Demo8... I don't remember adding that one. Looks like it's just a copy of Demo6. I must have been inspired, but not enough to actually change anything.
