Hi
I have a rotating body that simulates a character. It should have an object (brown) on the head that stays in place and could rotate in a limited angle (a in image). It is not bolted directly to the ball and will not rotate around due to the balls rotation. It should react to movements of the body but stay within the limit in a springy fashion. This object is just for show and does not need any collision detection etc. if it helps.
Is this possible to do?
